Rooted in Shelton
K&S Homes and Remodeling LLC is a Shelton, Washington company owned by Sean McNeely. We started with a simple idea: homeowners around Mason County deserve a contractor who returns calls, explains things plainly, and does careful work at a fair price.
Today we focus on custom homes, additions, ADUs, and garage builds—plus kitchens, baths, flooring and millwork, decks, patios, exterior doors and windows, siding, paint, and tile. Every job gets the same attention, whatever its size.
We live and work in the same communities we serve, from Hood Canal to Olympia and out toward Elma and Montesano. We know the weather, the soils, the permitting offices, and the roads in between.
